Skyfall:Archives: Index

Contents: Animals, Taming, Charts ...see also CoE: Zodiac Houses, CoE: Biomes and CoE: Tribes

Still a work in progress, more than other views, so don't expect too much of it: Fauna mentionned here and there, and if lucky with a visual or a description. As such, the sort order is a bit biased toward species who got most of them (original biome, feeding habits, food chain, general behaviors, nesting habits, print tracks...).

This page will evolve to include both Flora and Fauna, living beings to sum it up... so yeah Soulless creatures as well (Vampyres, Lycanthrophes, Liches...), probably.

Taming

[🔝]

As a side note, devs mentionned in the Fauna Live Q&A that, as a general rule of thumb, the more domesticable (tamable) an animal is, the deeper its AI should be. Oh and don't expect near-apex predators (pteroguins and canis rabbits for instance) to be tamable or dumb though, quite the opposite.

About the taming (star) rating used inside the above view, it is totally unofficial but the six levels we used correspond to : 0* for unknown or Improbable^^, then 1* for Harvest, 2* for Pet or Livestock, 3* for Pack or Drudge, 4* for Mount, 5* for Battle Mount or Animal Companion (achievable on a creature-basis, not on full species).
